Design has multiple disciplines, and one of them is applying the newest UX and UI trends and standards to the offline kiosks that people use when they want to buy public transport tickets. We have been in charge of this work for one of the most prominent places in Slovakia – High Tatras.
When we work with various tasks, there is always a strategy in the beginning. We get into the role of a potential customer and try to think in a way they would think when doing some specific task. This was the case of the kiosk in High Tatras.
